Last week, hpg Plastics had the pleasure of welcoming HR colleagues from across the Huliot Group to an international workshop at our site in Ratingen, Germany.
Over the course of three days, representatives from hpg Plastics, HULIOT GROUP, Huliot Slovenia, Huliot Pipes and Fittings Pvt. Ltd. India and HELIROMA, S.A. came together to share experiences and discuss current topics in the field of Human Resources.
The workshop focused on the opportunities, challenges and potential that HR teams encounter in their day-to-day work. It provided a valuable platform for open discussions, new ideas and the exchange of best practices. At the same time, existing connections were strengthened and international collaboration within the Huliot Group was further developed.
Personal exchange and close cooperation across national borders are important building blocks for our continued development. The insights and ideas gained during the workshop will now contribute to our ongoing HR work.
