New IPT Test Tank V7151 in operation

hpg Plastics continues to invest in quality and precision: with the new IPT V7151 pressure vessel, we are expanding our testing capabilities in the field of thermoplastic piping systems.

The so-called hydrostatic pressure test is a key method for determining the long-term strength of pipes. In this process, test specimens are subjected to a constant internal pressure at a defined temperature – either for a specific duration or until failure. This provides essential insights into the durability and reliability of the materials.

With the new testing vessel, we benefit from highly stable and reproducible testing conditions: consistent temperature control, exceptional reliability, and robust construction ensure precise and dependable results. At the same time, the energy-efficient design enables economical long-term operation with minimal maintenance requirements.

Thanks to flexible vessel sizes and versatile connection options, we are now even better equipped to meet the diverse requirements of our customers.

With this investment, hpg Plastics reaffirms its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
