hpg Velcro pipes

hpg’s velcro pipes: the most flexible way of installation

The hpg Plastics velcro pipe is designed for use in hydronic radiant heating and cooling systems. From 2026 onwards, it will complement the product portfolio as an efficient solution for streamlined and flexible pipe installation on fastening board systems. The pipe is fixed using an integrated hook-and-loop structure that ensures reliable adhesion to compatible fastening boards. Installation requires no special tools and can be carried out by a single installer. The system allows flexible pipe routing to accommodate various room geometries.

A key advantage is the ability to adjust or reposition pipe layouts at any time without damaging the insulation or vapor barrier. The hook-and-loop structure ensures a uniform, level pipe position without height deviations. The velcro pipe is particularly suitable for large surface installations and projects where fast, clean, and repeatable installation processes are required.
